Hadar Mitz (b. 1989) is a multidisciplinary artist creating in the mediums of drawing, photography, video, and installation. Her works explore the human attempt to connect with the world, and investigating the intersection between internal experiences and external events through playful, ritualistic, and artistic manipulations. Mitz aims to capture the fleeting nature of life and the inevitable finality of death.

She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from HaMidrasha - Faculty of the Arts (2014) and a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial Design with honors from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (2022). Mitz was awarded the America-Israel Cultural Foundation's Sharett Scholarship (2014) and received support grants from the Yehoshua Rabinovich Foundation (2018, 2021). In 2019, she was awarded an artist residency at the Cité Internationale des Arts in Paris by the Israeli Ministry of Culture.

Mitz has exhibited solo shows at Gallery Kibbutz Be'eri, Fresh Paint 11, and Beit Habe'er - Jaffa, while also participating in group exhibitions across galleries and museums in Israel and abroad, including the Pcp Gallery in Paris, Museo Civico in Sicily, and Bar-David Museum in Israel. She has taken part in artist residency programs such as Est-Nord-Est in Canada and Nes Residency in Iceland.
